Palmer Grove Baptist Church

Founded in 1929, Palmer Grove Baptist Church has served the Polkville and Kingstown, North Carolina communities for nearly a century. What began as a small congregation meeting in the former Palmer Grove School has grown into a thriving church family rooted in worship, discipleship, and service.

Through decades of growth—including relocation to Kingstown, the construction of our sanctuary, education facilities, and Family Life Center—Palmer Grove has remained committed to meeting the spiritual and practical needs of God’s people. Today, with over 500 members, multiple active ministries, and a debt-free campus, we continue to move forward with purpose and vision.

As we prepare to celebrate our 97th Church Anniversary in August 2026, we honor the legacy of faithful leadership and dedicated members while embracing what God is doing now—and what lies ahead.
